Foundation of the new 16 floor dwelling house construction is laid in Batumi |

Company "Orbi-Anagi" is constructing new hotel type dwelling house on Kobaladze Street. This is the first construction in Batumi where the flat owners simultaneously become the business partner.
The construction was opened by Levan Varshalomidze. The Chairman of Government of Adjara laid the foundation together with singer - Sopho Nijaradze.
The singer signed the contract of buying the flat on 15-th floor of constructed dwelling house.
The houseroom capacity of the new dwelling house is 18 thousand square meters. 500 workers are employed at the project that will be implemented in 15 months.
The constructions of two more dwelling houses of such type are planned soon in Batumi. More than 1000 workers will be employed at the projects.
