At the governmental meeting   The Government considered eight questions at the meeting. Among them was the question of apartment's legalization for the population of Khelvachauri military settlement. The apartments were transferred into the state ownership few weeks ago. According to the statement of the Chairman of Government of Adjara, Levan Varshalomidze the solving of this problem continues already few years. The apartments will be passed to the population for symbolic price of GEL 1 or 2 in the period of one month. 135 apartments will be handover to the population by direct tender. At the governmental meeting was discussed the project of enhancement of accommodation found of the Batumi city hall. The Government will bale the constructions by the banks. The Minister of Finance and Economics talked about the questions of increasing of outgoing part of the budget for 2010 on GEL 12 million. The sums will be directed to development of agriculture, constructing of the mobile concert scene and rehabilitation of Museums of Arts. The unspent three million GEL of the last year income budget will be added to these sums. The strategic plan of the Government for the next three years is approved. All ministries took the active part in the plan and presented the own priority schemes. One of the points of the strategic plan regards more effective work of the ministries. The uplifting of the qualification of the Ministry employers is also regarded.
